A violinist came to me with neck and shoulder pain, worried about whether she'd be able to get through an upcoming performance.

Within just TWO MINUTES of exploring one gentle mental shift and connecting her thoughts with her body, her pain started melting away.

She sailed through her performance pain-free and delighted.

But here's what really moved me—listen to how she described feeling after those two minutes in her session with me:

☀️ “Light in my body”

🌳 “Grounded and in control”

🕑 “My thoughts slowing down in the best way”

🕊️ “More present, stronger, at peace”

The most beautiful part? She understood exactly HOW she'd created that shift. She left empowered, knowing she could access this feeling again.

This is “constructive conscious control” in action—F.M. Alexander's term for that gentle, moment-to-moment awareness of what you're thinking and doing with your whole self.

These transformations happen regularly with my Art of Freedom® students. Accessing this natural inner flow, which is both healing and energizing, isn't complicated or difficult to learn—it's simply helping musicians rediscover the freedom that's already within them.

Through practicing simple Awareness Etudes rooted in touch-free Alexander Technique for just a few minutes each day, my clients learn to feel better and play better… with more joy, confidence, and ease.

I feel so grateful to witness these breakthroughs every day! 🙏

Curious what's possible for you? Send me a message or email!

Let me know what your instrument is, and whether you're a professional or amateur musician (everyone's welcome), and I'll share details about my current online programs.

I'd love to help you feel great and make better music with ease!

Joyfully,
Jennifer
