Enjoy a healthy, balanced life and abundant musical success.

Become the powerful artist you are meant to be!

I just finished teaching a zoom workshop for a great group of string players at Northern Kentucky University last night. What fun!

We talked about many of the common problems musicians have (physical, mental, emotional), and how important it is for each of us to realize that every thought we have is translated by the body into relative tension or relative ease – which either makes things we do more difficult or more effortless.

Alexander Technique for musicians
Do you want more ease in your life? Get curious about noticing the easing in your body, and learn how to apply this to your various activities.

Because what you think IS what you get, and what you focus on, you get more of. Every time. Whether you’re aware of it or not…which is why we need to increase our awareness so we can make better choices!

One thing I teach in my Art of Freedom® classes is how to incorporate that quality of attention and awareness of flow into how you play your musical instrument…how you practice…how you perform.

There are endless specific ways to do this, and they all require curiosity… and practice! Because this is a skill – perhaps the most valuable one of all.

Curious about how you can learn to enjoy more ease and flow in your music-making, while also bringing more ease and joy into your life?

Ask me about The Musician’s Advantage™ Jumpstart program. I have a new group starting in April, with special bonuses for early registration in March. Message me here or email me at Jennifer@ArtofFreedom.me now and ask me for details!

Joyfully,

Jennifer
