PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Pre-program Kickstart Assignment
- 1-Day Intensive:
9:15-9:30 Arrival
9:30-12:30 Morning Session (3 hours), includes teachings and activities
12:30-2:00 Lunch (lunch is included), plus informal lunchtime viewing and discussion of Amy Cuddy’s TED Talk on Power Poses at 1:30 (optional)
2:00-5:00 Afternoon Session (3 hours), includes teachings and activities - Next-Day Bonus Session for practical application including work with musical instrument if desired, plus extra teaching with activities (1-2 hours, depending on number of participants)
- 60-Day Follow-up includes daily practices, weekly email access to Jennifer, plus two scheduled and recorded Skype calls
