Have you been following me on social media and reading my emails for a while, yet wondered what's actually included when you study with me?
Programs teaching The Art of Freedom® Method offer structured support coming from three directions, each of which contributes to building up a more positive sense of who you are. 🌱
My students enjoy
a) one-on-one private coaching with me,
b) self-study online courses and daily practice on their own, and
c) powerful group learning experiences—because we all need feedback, encouragement, and loving support from outside of ourselves! ❤️
The private and group experiences reinforce what my students already know, deep down, to be true since our outer experience merely reflects what’s going on inside of us.
Through hearing frequent reminders of what’s important, what to pay attention to, and how to learn effectively, students accept more and more responsibility for their own personal and musical transformation. ✨
And the more they apply the ideas coming from outside of themselves, the more they realize they can trust what’s already inside.
By accepting more of the responsibility for learning through self-teaching, and by putting The Art of Freedom® Method into daily practice, along with Primal Alexander™ Awareness Etudes, my students gradually grow in trust and self-confidence, as they see themselves getting better and better at carrying out their intentions successfully, with ease. 🎻
Here’s what my student Martie had to say along these lines:
“I did a small but somewhat stressful project over the last couple days that in the past would have been painful emotionally and physically. In the past, while I would have ‘gotten through,’ I might have felt miserable and paralyzed at moments.
“Because of the consistent practice that I have been cultivating with Jennifer as my coach over these past few months, instead I was able to really enjoy and appreciate the process, was pain-free, and I played not only with confidence, but also with a deep connection with the music, my colleagues, and my violin.
“I was really proud of myself (which is not something that is always easy for me to say). I can also say that the very best of myself came through in my playing (I created much of what I wanted to paint with a piece as an artist), which is so satisfying to be able to feel.
“It was empowering to know that I had choices, and to make healthy choices for myself.
“I love that I was not letting my protectionism (the toxic kind) be an enemy of so much that is valuable, beautiful, and incredibly worthy and relevant. I feel brave and strong. This work is changing my life.” 💛

As demonstrated by Martie, as we gain more experience, our trust in ourselves grows.
Through our practice, we learn to support and take care of ourselves better (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually), and we also begin to realize that the world is supporting us, in turn. 🌍
We start to embody the reality that we are all interconnected and interdependent, and the more we trust this essential Unity, the more our trust becomes justified. 🤝
If you're curious about exactly how to bring full-bodied, soulful ease into how you play your instrument (or anything else), I have one more coaching opening for a new student beginning in August. Just comment below if you're interested and we can have a chat about what's possible.
With Love & Light,
Jennifer ❤️
