Today, we're celebrating Angele Aisling, Harp!Ā š
Hereās Angeleās amazing experience (see her picture below):
“I joined Jennifer's Art of FreedomĀ® class few years ago. For twenty five years, I had suffered from severe chronic pain on a daily basis which was caused by permanent, incurable health disorders and injuries.
Sometimes the pain was so bad, it hurt to wear clothing; other times, I could barely get out of bed.
Now that pain is just the tiniest whisper.
Not only is the pain all but gone, I am a far better musician now and a much happier person in every way.
What Jennifer teaches is life transforming!
I learned that what I think affects how my body feels and to change my thinking in a way that helped my body release the excess tension that leads to pain.
In doing that, I now use (move) my body in a way that has much less tension. With Jennifer's guidance, my mindset has completely changed giving me a new perspective on everything that is so much more positive, and filled with wonder and gratitude.
I now have the skills to handle anything ā musically or otherwise ā in a new way that is so much easier and does not cause pain.
My playing has improved dramatically, I learn music faster, and my sound is so much better. Everything about it has become more open and free, it just flows.
These skills have carried over into every aspect of my personal life making it so much easier. Jennifer's teaching works for any musician (I play lever harp) who wants to invest the time and effort.
Even if you've had hands-on Alexander Technique lessons, I highly recommend working with Jennifer. Her teaching has its foundations in Alexander Technique but she takes it so much further.
Not just my playing but my entire life is now better than I ever could have dreamed thanks to Jennifer.”
