Today, we're celebrating Kalindi True, Violist and Educator! šŸŽ‰

For decades, Kalindi was performing on her viola (she's an excellent violist!), but she couldn't play without pain.

She tried “everything” and was literally about to quit and give up on her dreams to make performing her life when she found my coaching with The Art of FreedomĀ® Method and touch-free Primal Alexanderā„¢ Technique.

She decided to give it just one more shot, going all in. After the first month, she was able to play for 5-10 minutes pain-free.

After faithfully following my online program just as it's designed, by doing just a few minutes of simple Awareness Etudes every day, she celebrated her first pain and anxiety free performance EVER after just a few months!
