Today, we're celebrating Mary Himmer, Cellist! 🎉

Mary picked up the cello later in life, and has been applying The Art of Freedom® Method and Primal Alexander Awareness Etudes to her daily life and music for a couple years now.

She has had too many breakthroughs and insights to mention them all here, but here's what Mary has to say about her own experience:

Experiencing the Technique has changed my life in so many wonderful and unexpected ways, and I would love to help readers discover how they can benefit, too!

After just one lesson, I felt wonderfully free and relaxed, and my neck pain was eliminated after only a few more lessons.
