Here’s Kalindi's amazing experience:

“I don't want to brag, but….I had my first ever pain & anxiety free performance yesterday! I played three Easter worship services at a local Lutheran church. I had several solos and was mostly improvising the entire time. I literally forgot to be nervous! I did have some tension in my playing, but not to the point of pain. No heating pad afterward, no pain killers, no “ouch!” I haven't been able to say that in….decades?

CONSTRUCTIVE THINKING REALLY WORKS AAAAAAHHHHH!”

For decades, Kalindi was performing on her viola (she's an excellent violist!), but she couldn't play without pain.

She tried “everything” and was literally about to quit and give up on her dreams to make performing her life when she found my coaching with The Art of Freedom® Method and touch-free Primal Alexander™ Technique.

She decided to give it just one more shot, going all in. After the first month, she was able to play for 5-10 minutes pain-free.

After faithfully following my online program just as it's designed, by doing just a few minutes of simple Awareness Etudes every day, she celebrated her first pain and anxiety free performance EVER after just a few months!
