“When I first considered working with Jennifer I was skeptical because it's harder for me to trust an online program than “real life” offers, and money was short since I was a student at the time. However, soon after getting started, Jennifer impressed me by noticing in great detail when and how I would tense up or find ease on the basis of what she saw on her screen during our video call, and taking the risk turned out to be worth it.

I had had chronic pain in my chest for many months and had lost hope that it would ever go away. After our first session I felt the pain fade for the very first time and I teared up from joy. Over the course of the first few weeks my pain completely disappeared and it hasn't come back till this day.

The fact that everything is online turned out to have an empowering side-effect: Every little success is a result of your thinking! No hands-on therapist required. I've had ups and downs as in every learning journey and my commitment to her practice has sometimes wavered, but I do always come back to it and not an hour passes by without me doing constructive thinking.

I've had extremely stressful orchestra auditions that I managed to overcome (and win!) in great part thanks to what I learned from Jennifer. Tension under pressure is still my biggest challenge and sometimes I feel like I am back to zero, but of course that is not true. The kind of musical situations I find myself in are increasingly demanding and we cannot expect to be robots that function with the same level of ease under any circumstances without fail.”
