“Hello everyone!

I completed The Musician's Advantage™ Jumpstart program with Jennifer and wanted to share my experience and thoughts on it. I need to start by thanking Jennifer for her exceptional work because it has truly been a BLESSING to have found her teachings of the Alexander Technique through her Art of Freedom® philosophy.

Quite frankly it's been a rough couple of years feeling frustrated and in pain both physically and emotionally. It was taking quite a toll on me and was definitely not feeling happy with my art, which was devastating to even think about!

I knew I needed a change or I would have to stop doing what I loved.

So I decided to dive in into this Alexander approach and the ideas Jennifer teaches with the methods of Primal Alexander™ [hands-free teaching by Mio Morales] and soon enough I began to experience a TOTAL shift in my mindset and the way in which I was seeing music.

It's been quite unbelievable, if I'm being honest, discovering how SIMPLE these concepts are and even how beneficial they are in basically all aspects of my life, not just music.

Even just by fully understanding the concept of acceptance and how it works in a VERY deep level, I was beginning to see a positive change in my mindset, attitude and, therefore, my playing!

So, this REALLY works.

If you are not sure, try it out for yourself and you will see. I have experienced it in my own personal practice and performance and I can say it's been a life changer.

I'm not saying it's a magical instant cure, you need to put the work into it for sure and be patient and trust the process but soon enough, the changes will start to happen and your playing will reflect that.

Music is a creative process and it should be treated like that always and the Art of Freedom is a 100% foolproof method into which you can tap into that creative state of mind and be successful and happy with your own music making.

The learning never stops and I'm too EXCITED to see what comes next on this journey! 😁🎻”
