“For quite a while I have been intrigued by the Alexander Technique and the idea that we can improve our musical ability and experience beyond just traditional practicing.

After taking Jennifer's course, I feel like I have opened up a new chapter in my life of music and overall wellness.

Jennifer carefully guided our class to help us understand and begin to discover our own mind body connections and to think of ourselves as our primary instruments.

In a short period of time, we explored relationships with our instruments, worked through bad habits, and learned how to pay attention to how our bodies are coordinated.

Most importantly to me, I learned how to create the space and time for myself to be able to pay attention to my primary instrument.
